Argh

The Magic Internet Phone is not the panacea it appeared.

First, there's the crashing. Granted, this is due to a third party app, but it's very annoying. Especially the crash which required a hard reset, which means waiting till I can go home and resync before I get my data back.

Then there's the keyboard. Trust me, thumb-typing is not as fun as they try to make it look in those ads in US News. And while it can be remapped, the layout is very limited. There's not much you can do with exactly thirty keys. If anybody knows a way to simulate Dvorak on a keyboard with only one punctuation key (the rest are function-key combinations), let me know.

But above all, it is guilty of failing to restore the easy state of grace that prevailed before I was cast out of the garden of SSH'ing from work.

...Another thing about this PDA: not enough space in the text buffer to finish writin
